New St. Stephen library set to open

St. Stephen Library closed at its location at 1104 South Main Street on Aug. 15. The Library is expected to re-open on Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. at its new location on the corner of Highway 52 and Highway 45 at 113 Ravenell Drive in St. Stephen.
