Lane Chaplin of Moncks Corner and Susan Yenser of Marietta, GA have announced their wedding for April 6, 2012.
The couple will exchange vows in Cincinnati, OH where the bride's extended family resides.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Steve and Becky Yenser of Marietta, GA, the granddaughter of James and the late Susan Morrison, and the granddaughter of the late Vern Yenser and Ella Mae Yenser. She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she was captain of the basketball team for three years. She also played basketball at Clemson University for two years before transferring to play for the Gators. (The couple met on a basketball court at Clemson). She currently resides in Irvine, CA where she works in commercial real estate with CBRE.
The groom-elect is the son of Lance and Winkie Chaplin of Moncks Corner and the grandson of the late Jerome and the late Winkie Cammer of Bonneau, and the grandson of the late Arthur Sr. and Esther Ann Chaplin of Rantowles, SC. He grew up in Moncks Corner attending Berkeley public schools until his senior year when he graduated from Lord Berkeley Academy. He is in his last semester at Trinity Law School (TLS) in Santa Ana, CA where he is currently serving his second term as President of the student body, his first term as President of the Federalist Society of TLS, and his first term as Vice Dean of the law fraternity, Delta Theta Phi, of TLS. He resides in Tustin, CA.
The couple will reside in Irvine, CA after the marriage.
