Tragedy struck Moncks Corner over the weekend, in the form of a residential fire. The aftermath of a house fire on Levee Drive in Moncks Corner is pictured above. The fire, which took place in the early morning hours on Sunday, is under investigation. The Red Cross reported Sunday night that it is providing the home’s occupants, including three adults and four children, with temporary lodging as well as funds to replace food, shoes and clothing lost in the blaze.
